Grapes: 100% Sangiovese
The grapes are fermented for 18-20 days in wooden upright vats. After the wine is aged for three years in huge wooden Slovenian barrels. Another four months in bottle before marketing.
The single-vineyard Brunello di Montalcino Vigna Soccorso offers a deep, rich core of fruit with notes of chocolate, licorice and spices that linger on the finish.
