Grapes: 90% Cabernet Sauvignon, 10% Petite Verdot
Fermentation occurs in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks with an extended maceration to extract additional color and flavor. The wine is than aged for 14 months in French oak, followed by 6 months in the bottle before release.
Intense ruby red color in the glass. Blackberry, cherry, moist earth and sweet tobacco notes emerge from the nose. Lengthy on the palate, modern and solid with great depth.
