Producer: Casa Setaro
Grapes: 85% Piedirosso & 15% Aglianico
The grapes are picked by hand and then they are fermented while in contact with the skins for 12 to 14 days. Once fermentation is complete the wine is aged for 7 months in barriques before being bottled.
This wine has a deep rich ruby red color in the glass. Aromas of cherries and raspberries highlight the nose of this powerful wine. In the mouth it has a good full bodied tannin structure with persistent fruit.
