Grapes: 90% Sangiovese, 5% Colorino and 5% Canaiolo
Manual picking of the grapes occurs in late September. The fermentation takes place under controlled temperature in steel tanks, malo-lactic is also developed. The wine is then aged for 8 months in stainless steel and 4 months in the bottle.
A deep ruby red color in the glass. Floral nose, dark cherry/berry fruit, and spice aromas. This medium body wine is supple and elegant.
