Wine Maker Dinner

Join us for a trip to the Veneto! Award-winning, James Beard House Chef, Isabella Pollock will partner with our wine maker, Claudio Salvador to create an authentic wine dinner featuring delicacies and wine from the Venice region of Italy. We will feature a four-course menu perfectly paired with wines to take your palette on a Venetian holiday! Limited seating available for this event. Cost is $70. *We cannot adjust menu for dietary restrictions.
The menu includes:
Appetizer: Antipasto misto ( Treviso Radicchio in Saor, Fried Scallops, Sopressa Scota with Homemade Bread-sticks)
Course 2: Ricotta Gnocchi with Sage, Melted Butter, and Smoked Ricotta
Course 3: Monk-fish Stew with Pepernota and Polenta
Dessert: Fried Cream with Zaleti
